I usually get them on clearance @ different stores. I find the nice looking ones are at Target, sears, bed bath and beyond and Michaels craft store. Michael's usual has a 40% or 50% online for a single item. I use that and get frames for a good price.
Anu- have you ever been to Christmas Tree shops? That's my favorite place for (everything:) I have bought all my frames from there, and for the most part, I don't have to wait for clearance b/c their stuff is cheap!
